The Strategy and Policy (S&P) team is a staff department that provides support to management at various levels. Every staff officer has specialist knowledge that can be used to achieve goals that are to be implemented in the whole organisation. We both advise and support management implementing changes and improvements to processes. In order to realise strategic goals and effectively execute policy with support from the organisation, we coordinate everything with management, other policymakers and the heads of individual departments. We are the link between policy makers (management and senior management) and the rest of the organisation.
