The KNAW Humanities Cluster (HuC) is a strategic partnership between the Huygens Institute, the IISH, and the Meertens Institute. The HuC conducts pioneering research on the language, literature, culture, and history of the Netherlands, as well as the international history of labor and social movements.

In addition, the HuC manages valuable collections and datasets and builds sustainable digital infrastructure, with and for its partners.
