The HuC is establishing a project office (hereafter ‘projectbureau io’) with the ambition of making projects run as smoothly and successfully as possible.
‘In formation’ means that the exact activities of the project office io have not yet been determined. It has been established that there is a need for project support, project oversight and project organization, but exactly how these needs will be met is a question that has yet to be answered.
The answer to this question will come from the various teams and departments involved in projects. This will be done by addressing the creation of the project office in project form. A project team, with representatives from the teams and departments, will get to work on developing the ambitions. The rest of the organization will also be involved and given the opportunity to think along and react to the plans. It will be kept informed of the plans and results through various channels.
Just as the project office is in formation, so is this web page. Regularly the webpage will be expanded or updates on the project will follow.
